Overview​

Below are some issues that you may encounter when working with Armada and their solutions. If you encounter an issue not listed here or get stuck, contact us for assistance.

DS Stuck in CREATING​

Symptoms:

  • The DS is stuck in CREATING.
  • The DS was removed unexpectedly because of creation timeout.

Player Cannot be Matched​

Symptoms:

  • A player or game client requested matchmaking and received 0 matches from the Lobby service as a response. This signals that the matchmaking request had been received and submitted to the Matchmaking service.
  • A player did not get a matchmaking notification after some time.

Player Did Not Receive a DS Notification​

Symptoms:

  • A player received the matchmaking notification from the lobby.
  • A player didn’t get the DS notification.

Player Cannot Connect to DS​

Symptoms:

  • A player received the DS notification from the lobby.
  • A player cannot connect to the DS.

Active DS Session Disappears​

Symptoms:

  • Players or game clients are already connected to the DS.
  • The DS disappears in the middle of an active session.

Player Cannot Join a Joinable Match Session​

Symptoms:

  • A player is matchmaking, and expects to be matched to an existing DS with an active session.
  • The player is matched into a different or new DS.

DS is Not Spawning​

Symptoms:

  • No DS is spawned when a player is matched.
  • The number of buffer DS spawned is lesser than the minimum value given in the configuration.
